A quick update following the Government's advice
We hope you’re all staying safe and well during this uncertain time.
We just wanted to let you know, that following the Government’s advice on the 23rd of March that Norton Finance will be operating as normal. We do have all appropriate measures in place to protect our staff from Covid-19.
We have put in place procedures for our staff to work from home, but will still have access to our phone lines, systems and are ready to continue working to help you with your financial needs.
We are classed by the Government and the FCA as an essential business as we administer loans and process payments, this means that we do require some staff to be in the office. For the staff that do need to come in, which is now less than 20% of our workforce, we have the correct social distancing and sanitary measures in place to ensure their safety, and do everything we can to stop the spread of COVID-19.
If you do have any questions, we have answers to some of them on our Coronavirus FAQ page, and please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01709 518518 and we will be more than happy to help.
Stay safe and we hope normality will resume soon.
