Projects and
Specialist Loans Manager

About Monique

Monique oversees Projects & Specialist Loans, combining an extensive background in loan and customer service, and a passion for keeping us at the cutting edge of customer service, using new and exciting technologies. It means she’s overseeing some of our most forward-thinking technical developments, albeit with customers in mind.

Monique joined Norton Finance in 2001, and made an immediate impact thanks to her background in underwriting. Using her knowledge of the loan market, Monique helped the team develop long-lasting relationships with our extensive panel of lenders. As well as serving with us during the more challenging financial times of the last decade, Monique has contributed to the company’s significant growth. In turn, this has allowed us to help even more people improve their financial situation.

Expertise

Monique’s current role as Projects and Specialist Loans Manager means she oversees aspects of our day-to-day technological developments across the wider group. The past few years have seen many changes in the way we reach customers, with more engagement taking place online than ever before. Part of Monique’s role is making strategic and operational decisions for the development of our IT systems, so that we can not only meet, but also exceed, customer and lender expectations.

In addition, Monique holds CeMAP certification, which allows her to provide advice to our customers, and coach our customer service advisors on new ways of offering support.
