Monique is the Group Project Manager with an extensive background in loans and a passion for keeping us at the cutting edge of customer service, using new and exciting technologies. It means she’s overseeing some of our most forward-thinking technical developments, albeit with customers in mind. Monique also has expertise with credit scores and advice on managing debts, something reflected in her thought leadership and articles.
Monique joined Norton Finance in 2001 and made an immediate impact thanks to her background in underwriting. Using her knowledge of the loan market, Monique helped the team develop long-lasting relationships with our extensive panel of lenders. As well as serving with us during the financial challenges of the last decade, Monique has contributed to the company’s significant growth. This has allowed us to help even more people improve their financial situation.
